W7R3 and I used a treadmill for the first time with this programme. It was much easier running as it held my pace and I didn’t have the weather to contend with but I realised I could have gone faster, not just the last 5 mins. My dilemma is, do I do my W8 run on it on Sunday and try and be braver or, as I originally planned wait to be home and do it on Monday in the great outdoors? I did use the incline and definitely ran faster than I walked but am I setting myself up to fail when I do the W8R2 on Wednesday? I should say I hate the idea of having to keep adjusting the treadmill as I am not used to them.

Don’t increase pace at all. Go slow and steady. It’s not about anything else but completing the session
I’d take it outside 😃🏃♀️🏃♂️
