All sorts of aches and pains are perfectly normal in the first 4 weeks- but, if it’s pain, that’s different. Always get that checked out. Good luck 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️

Have you read the above? It may help. As Lillybeth30mins says it is normal, especially if you are new to exercise. But aches are one thing, pain is quite another and should be checked. You could try leaving two days between your runs instead of one to give your legs a rest (muscles strengthen during the non running days - not whilst running - and an extra day between runs may be all you need for now).
