I just found this coaster I bought years ago, before I found couch to 5k and had no motivation.
Sharing it today for anyone that has caught themselves trying to talk themselves out of a run instead of into one.

Ps, I'm on week 4 now and really surprised and happy with how my body is adapting and showing me I'm capable of this. It's having a tremendous effect on my mental health and imposter syndrome/esteem. Getting out and running, and the amount of water I'm now drinking feels (for me) like the missing parts of feeling good. I hope it's helping you all too!
