Did my first 5k (well sort of...)

Just noticed - the total mileage for my treadmill w4r2 session this morning, including about half an hour of extra warm-up/cooldown walking, was 3.1 miles... does that count as my first 5k?

If so, the 5k PB I'll be aiming to beat in the future is... 58 minutes (!). Not exactly Olympic standard, but it's a start, I guess
