I think I actually could have gone another couple of minutes but please don't tell my left knee that! It might go on strike, lol.
The sense of accomplishment is incredible. I never in my LIFE thought I'd be able to run for 30 minutes....and now I can't wait until my graduation run on Friday and am planning my first post-program run for Monday, when I start pumping up my speed.
Hang in there! If *I* can do this, you most certainly can. Believe in the program. Believe in yourself!

It might be time for you to read this guide to post C25K running healthunlocked.com/couchto5... which explains why and how to start pushing for speed...........which is very not on every run.
Set up your graduation run to be memorable for the right reasons. Through nothing more than impatience, I rushed to do mine on a Friday night, aftercare heavy week at work............compared to my glorious W9R2, the final run was a major slog.
