Well that is week 4 complete and never did I think I'd be able to do that, but I just did it 😁😁😁😁 and for anyone just starting YOU CAN DO IT.....

Must admit due to the horrendous weather I used the treadmill at the local community centre and find that so much easier and has less of an impact on my back.

Bring on week 5.....
