To Wk 5, run 3, or not to....?!

Hi peeps, just quick note, I’m post birth back to C25k and finding it hard to get the time to run due to baby boy and a partner that works all the hours god sends...

So....my next run, tonight is week 5, run 3....but I’ve only managed one run a week last few weeks. Both of week 5’s runs have felt fine - but do I repeat run 2 a few times or just bite the bullet and try it! I know this is a hard one (have done this before!)...

Would love some advice - thank you so much x

Give it a go! Worst case scenario you end up walking for a break in the middle and it's basically a repeat of w5r2 and then you try it again. :) You might surprise yourself! :)
