Hi peeps, just quick note, I’m post birth back to C25k and finding it hard to get the time to run due to baby boy and a partner that works all the hours god sends...
So....my next run, tonight is week 5, run 3....but I’ve only managed one run a week last few weeks. Both of week 5’s runs have felt fine - but do I repeat run 2 a few times or just bite the bullet and try it! I know this is a hard one (have done this before!)...
Would love some advice - thank you so much x

Give it a go! Worst case scenario you end up walking for a break in the middle and it's basically a repeat of w5r2 and then you try it again. You might surprise yourself!
