Wk1R3 finally complete. After trying a variety of surfaces to run on I can honestly say I hate tarmac and concrete to run on! I fell like the energy is being sucked out my legs and then the cramp on the last walk breaks! I will have to run other places than straight from the front door 😩

Be warned........grass is much more energy sapping.
You will get stronger and it will become easier.
