Day one of menses ( tmi sorry!) which normally has me in bed,hot water bottle and waiting for the finish. Today found me at the gym at 21:00... run/walk done, cross trainer, cycle and total of 10000 steps clocked in 75 mins... I am sooooooo happy and tired.. off to La La land now.. night night. Thanks everyone.. I love reading all your inspiring posts

Well done! Getting up and doing the first run of C25k can often be one of the most dufficult parts but sounds like you aced it (also periods are never tmi they're a natural bodily function)
