So just completed W4R2, I’m just a little bit, well actually not a little but a whole jelly belly wobble pleased with myself and my daughter.
After my last attempt at two 5 min high speed shuffles resulting in numerous presses of the pause button I supper pleased that I did it on the second attempt, how did I do it,
1. I had to look cool in front of my 12 year old daughter
2. I kept telling her she was my motivation and that we had this(imagine how I would look if I said “actually babes this is too much like hard work, let’s just quit.
3. One of you lovely peeps replied to my last post and said it had taken you to r3 to complete it, that motivated my to mentally tell myself to just do it.
So yep I’m just happy to know that “I do have this” of course I also still have the jelly belly but I’m cool with that.
Oh and also after a few glasses of wine I may have told my friend that I’m going to run the London marathon before I turn 45, at least somewhere in my fuzzy mind I had some common sense as this gives me 3 years to train, C25k then 5210k and then 10k to “what the hell was I thinking “
