Went to Parkrun for first time since the winter and completed Week 8 run 1. Did 5k in 45.11 roughly 30 mins running 15 walking. Nice morning but only 7C at the start so not sure winter’s over yet! Happy Saturday everyone! 🏃♂️🏃♂️😀
