Morning,

Started my local park run in the sunshine and somewhere around 3k the heavens opened and it was pouring!...loved it though, I was pushing myself and the rain was like a lovely cold shower

I hope your weeks and podcasts are progressing well. Keep up the effort and the commitment the end result is so worth it
