Just completed Week 5 Run 3 and I must say I found it ok and actually probably could’ve run for longer. I’ve read some comments on here about people finding the transition from Run 2 to Run 3 really hard so was expecting not to be able to complete it. I did and I’m so chuffed. Can’t wait for the next run. I think I well and truly have the bug 🙂🙂
