Well done, just be warned though that this happened to me most of the way through the programme, and then the 3rd run of the week seemed so much harder. It's all in the mind though and I think it happened because I expected it to be easier than it was and should have anticipated the same level of difficulty.
Just warning you so you don't get disappointed.
Keep going with the programme, it's wonderful
