W1R2 done...

Phew, that was so much harder than I expected it to be! After 11 minutes and I think it was at the 3rd x 60s run, my left ankle had stability issues, then just before the 6th 60s run, my right ankle joined the left... I walked for about 15 secs of the runs where the pain kicked in, then stabilised and did the full 60s last run, plus 10 secs, just to kick those ankles into submission lol. I definitely run happier on grass, so I'm going to avoid tarmac and concrete from now on for the runs, as it really makes a huge difference to my ankle/knee/impact happiness! Feeling very tired, but still proud and determined to get through this first week. Might even have to get some ankle supports :o
