Running with friend question!

Hello all, tonight I’m running with a friend and it’s an evening run, haven’t done either before. I’m up to week 3 but did graduate before last month. She’s a newbie runner. Should I show her the C25K Wk3R3 or go at her pace and run the whole lot? Any thoughts ? 🤲

Offer her a couple of options. Many people get into their minds that running is all about running continuously - but others are "flexible" . Tell her that you both can run non-stop at a certain pace - or you can run for a shorter time at the same pace and walk inbetween. She will chose what she wants . Her choice may not be your choice - but finding a good and suitable running partner is harder than finding a suitable spouse!! :) - so be grateful if you can find somebody that you enjoy running with. Remember that a Convoy always has to travel at the speed of the slowest ship!! :) - otherwise it is no longer a Convoy.

Thanks Bazza, good point. Yes think I will ask her preference. It will be interesting to hear how she has started running without this programme ( why would you do that 😸)
