I remember when Pheobe and Rachel began running together in Friends - now that was good fun. It is good to have someone to run with - helps with motivation - trying to imagine how someone runs like a prancing pony!!

I tried to follow Laura's advice about smoothing out my run in the early weeks. - this led to me discovering muscles that I didn't know I had and aches and pains in places that had never hurt before!! 😂

thats funny because somebody refers to me as a dancing fairy, never quite sure if its meant as a compliment or insult, but its better than stomping rhino!
