Did w2 r1 today and I felt ok. Really pleased i can do it without getting out of breath. Doing strengthening exercises for me knees, so hoping they hold up.

Well done 👍 what exercises are you doing for your knees? There are a lot of replaced knees in my family and I'm doing my best not to join them.
I do Jessica Smith lower body exercises from YouTube. She also has some knee strengthening exercises. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and these workouts have strengthened my knees and stopped the pain.
