soooooooo... I have joined the C25K as I believe the cool kids call it - completed week 1 yesterday...
my general level of fitness isn’t too bad as I walk my dogs a lot but running is a different matter altogether and it has been quite tough BUT the feeling of actually doing something about my health has been fantastic for my state of mind and I am preparing myself for week 2 - have been enjoying the dulcet tones of michael johnson encouraging me and just discovered I can play tunes on my phone underneath the commentary too which has been helpful
BRING ON WEEK 2!
