This forum supports the NHS OneYou couch 25k programme which is a nine week programme.

Are you following a differernt programme? πŸ˜€

If you follow the official NHS program (as Millie-J said) it should take 9 weeks. Most of us take longer, because we repeat weeks, take extra rest days, go on holiday, avoid the rain, etc. I took 14 weeks - which might be a record πŸ˜€

I took 14 weeks this time round, I think, too - but there are people who've taken longer in the years I've been on this forum, I'm sure. It's all good though - keeping on going is all that matters ;)

There's another NHS plan which is 12 weeks - nhs.uk/Tools/Documents/WEIG... - some familiar stuff in there! Incorporates healthy eating and exercise, aimed at weight loss according to the blurb. NHS Couch to 5K on its own is 9 weeks - but as the others have said, you can stretch it out!
