So after running for some time now and working my why to 10K I am loving running and do so 3 times s week. While watching the London marathon. I was thinking of a long term goal and putting myself forward for the 2019 race. Has anyone her ran a marathon? I have found apps that can help me reach my gaol

Loads of folk... some of our most awesome friends are Marathon and half marathon runners...
but....start slow.. and head to the Bridge to 10K site first.
@ju-ju is just starting her 10K plan... get to 10K first... then a half marathon and then a marathon maybe

I am currently working towards my 10K using zen labs. I’m up to 9k with the walks warm up and cool down segments

Asics app you can put in your current running ability and your goal and it will calculate a training plan for you, i applied for my london marathon place today and im still on the c25k, a year is plenty of time to train for a marathon, good luck xx
