First week down!!

Hi all! Just completed wk1 run2 and feel amazing! (I did a run from a different app before this so actually run 3! 😜) I’ve lost 6lbs in 6 days with following SW at home (but not rigidly 🤫) and doing 3 runs and 1 swim. I found this on my first run and it helped me keep going 🤩 Looking forward to the rest of my journey and sharing in all of yours!

Well done , i started week one at least 3 or 4 times 😮.

Am now on week 4 run 2 and did my first park run yesterday .

Keep going😊
