Going good so far.

I started to run on my treadmill and found it quite easy.....then I started to run on a track with my local C25K club. Not so easy with the breeze and no moving track to help. I cannot believe the difference. Wk1 R3 just completed.. Phew. Its going to be a long job. Looking forward to getting to the end.

I think running outside on normal roads is harder again!

I did the whole programme on the treadmill and then went outside and found it virtually impossible to run, it it so different. I have finally completed it outdoors and actually made it to 5k although it still takes me over 41 minutes. Keep going, you will get there and all that fresh air and vitamin D is much better for you :-)
