Slinkylinky at Parkrun.. a warm one!🌞

Slinky did very well and am proud of her at her 1st return to Parkrun, she set off doing w1 R2 of c25k ,I virtually started with her at the back of the pack and we just ambled round doing intervals as it got so warm, and I'm still out of sorts anyway, so we crossed the finish line together in about 53 mins hot n red faced like many others today no doubt😰

It was about my slowest time at PR, ah well so what! We enjoyed it and the refreshments afterwards in the cafe with my nephew who got another pb of under 24 mins, ah well, he's younger and training more than me at the moment with his new running club, so improving his times... That's my excuse anyway!😊
