The day after!!!

It’s the day after my second run of week 1 and no aches like I had after the first one, so really pleased. I do stretch well after running so that should help.

Thanks Nannymo you have just reminded me to stretch!

Yes I have not had any aches since that first run but only on W2R2 so plenty of time for them to come on!

I love how I feel so relaxed after stretching.

Well done keep on going slow and steady. I had a good run yesterday evening when it was a wee bit cooler. Hoping to do a parkrun tomorrow. Have a good weekend , enjoy the sunshine.

I’m running early in the morning. Good luck with your park run.

A good massage always helps too😉
