I did the same, I had the app downloaded months ago thinking it just being on my phone would spur me on to get started but I only did the first run once I’d committed to a 5k race in June. I’ve just finished w4 now and having a fixed goal really seems to be doing the trivk
I'm new too! Have written 'parkrun' in my diary for the end of June as my goal!! Although I have just read about colour runs and they look interesting so I might try to find one to sign up to as well! Good luck and keep us posted
