I have said before that I’m out of shape, I’m overweight and that I find running hard but rewarding. I started running in January in England. I’ve had snow and rain and fog and temperatures that rarely got into double figures.

I have just finished week 9 run 2. 30 minutes none stop in 23 deg c heat. I’m happy but I truly feel like I’m melting.

Well done, the end is in sight!!! Keep hydrated by drinking before your run!

Very well done. I would struggle to run in the heat. I hate feeling that I'm melting so I do understand.

But you're almost there!! Roll on Friday... maybe do an evening run for a better temp 👍😉

That's brilliant, well done! You don't have far to go now. I completed C25K in the summer last year, and the hot runs were a real challenge. Drink plenty, and pace yourself. Enjoy your graduation run - it's the best feeling ever!
