Was looking forward to my run this morning. Managed back on the running track, no kids in sight!! Can't decide whether prefer the track or street.... hmmmm will maybe start week three on the street.
Did anyone find week 3 run 1 hard?

Hi Lou,
I have done mine outside. There is something nice about the fresh air. Especially when I spend most of my day indoors.
I'm a bit behind, but keen to see how you get on with the step up to W3.
Good luck.
Every run has its own difficulty level, but you do learn eventually to gear up mentally for the first one of each new week. I loved W3, because it felt like progress was being made and that I’d finally be able to run for the mythological bus!
Track over street - hmm that’s hard too. Upside of a track , you can’t get lost and you know what to expect. Downside of a track, you can’t get lost and you know what to expect...
It’s no bad idea to mix things up a bit though, it will teach you what you do and do not like doing.
