Yep! I too am approaching the big five oh, and have a long way to go before I’m the slimmer version I hope to be before then. The c25k is amazing. I’m on week 8, I’ve only lost a couple of pounds but I’ve lost cm’s from my middle and bum! Measure yourself! Good luck with the program. Remember slow and steady x
