Hello, I'm new on here! I've been trying to get back into my fitter self. The self who learnt to love running. After a knee injury (almost 7yrs ago). It's been a lot of starting and then stopping abruptly which hasn't helped with motivation. This time it has to stick. I am only looking forward. The person I was 7yrs ago has gone.. There is a new 'me' on verge of discovery.. A better me. I'm looking for any motivational support and advise. Anything to keep on track this time. Thanks.

Thank you Oldfloss and Iannoda Truffle, I already feel amongst friends. Will continue to post. Thank you again for your kind words. 😊
Take it slowly. It really does help. Grit your teeth and get stuck in. You've done it before and loved it. Embrace it, you're in. 😂 welcome home.
Well done for your perseverance, and the best advice I can give is to take it slowly and gradually.... relax, enjoy and breathe...... 😎
Welcome to the best running club in the world. You're looking forward and so are we. We are looking forward to your success and all your posts, letting us know how you get on. Enjoy your first week with all your new running buddies
Not a running club...a running family😊
You will find the support on here from people just like you, who have completed the plan or are still on their journey so motivational. We all started thinking that running was not something we were capable of..all ages and capablilities😊
Follow the plan and you will find that *you* you are looking for...
