Aches and pains are to be expected.. If your shoes are correct, and you are warming up really well and stretching after your runs, it will pass.
Take it steady and slow and try to land really lightly too.. well done

I’ve just completed week 1 run 3 my shins are fine but my feet are aching like mad can’t keep them still ...
Massage your shin muscles with a deodorant can and son baby oil after your run when you get in. If you still having problems at w3 get a gait analysis done at a running shop as it may be your shoes😊
