Finished W1R2! Still feel a bit daft running outside but know it's all in my head and no-one is looking and no-one cares. At least I am moving. Unfortunately my daughter who came out to train me and encourage me ( she is 10) fell flat on her face due to uneven pavements and is bruised, scratched and bleeding. She still wants to do R3 with me though!

Well done idp! It took me a long time to realise no one is looking. Well done for getting out there x

Hope your daughter is ok?! I run with my son (9). I know how you feel about running outside, I get self-conscious, but doing it anyway. Good for you starting the program xx

Currently going on a route that there won’t be much traffic to see me! Glad I’m not the only one!

Well done, you won't regret it.

Have you read the guide to the plan? healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Enjoy your journey.

There is nothing daft about running outside and you are right- no one will give it a second thought

Well done, keep up the good work. The benefit of running outside is all that lovely fresh air! No one is looking at you but I felt the same way! Good luck on your C25k journey! 🏃‍♀️
