Ouch! Hope that eases up soon π My right hip causes me problems too sometimes - touch wood, it's not been as bad since doing this... π³ I'm making sure I do the post run stretches now as well π I'm gonna see how I go with these longer runs and take an extra rest day if I need to π€ Happy running tomorrow! π
Thank you π Yes, itβs my right hip too. Itβs the running that gets to it and itβs worse if I run outside, particularly with these longer runs. Iβm hoping it will ease as my muscles get stronger. In the meantime itβs two days of rest days with stretching and the Strength & Flex podcasts. Iβll probably treat myself to a gait analysis once Iβve done this too (probably should do it now but Iβve spent a fortune on running clothes already π). Great to hear your running is helping your hip, fingers crossed itβs helping to make them stronger. Good luck for your next run πββοΈπππββοΈ
Well done! I actually took 3 days rest as feeling unwell but then did this run yesterday and actually enjoyed it. I also find music helps..plus having dog with me π π€
