9 weeks ago I was 10lbs heavier and significantly less fit than I am now.
I’ve run though flu, bereavement and redundancy and have just finished w9r3!!
I’m amazed that I’ve managed to complete the programme - and take heart that if I can do this absolutely anybody can!
Thank you for the support I’ve had from people in the forum - it’s felt like I’ve had a whole crowd of people rooting for me 😊
