W1 runs 2 and 3

Have just completed my first week. Not sure I would as got bad news b4 run 2 had to juggle 2 of my children’s transport needs. Stress. 😱 I would normally hide indoors and give up on the run. 🤗 but I didn’t. I think that I had the reminder on the App and that I had started posting and had received replies it made me think . As I said in my first post it is time for me to take responsibility and not blame or use the excuses to stop pushing myself. I am really proud of myself and run 3 was really positive as I knew I had overcome run 2. Thank you for your replies from my last post, we are here to support each other and it’s working for me. 🙏🏼

Keep going. Had a similar situation at week 5. Knocked me off track. Went’s back to the start and just started again. Today we 8 Run 1 done

Well done. Pushing on and doing our runs redgardless of outside pressures is so good for you. The runs are "you" time and I know I for one put my blinkers on, dealt with all the other things and then pushed on to get "my" run and felt so much better for not allowing other stuff to get in my way and stop me doing this for myself and my health.
