Hi CathCox Ive lost 3 stone before starting on this journey. I needed to give my weight loss a boost and i have secretly always fancied trying to run.. I still would like to lose 2 stone more. I hadn't run since being a toddler but here I am in my mid 50s having got to the end of week 3 and I absolutely love it. There are so many experienced people like Tbae who are always there with great advice.

Well done on starting this programme - great decision! Follow the advice from the experts and you won't go wrong. Always take the rest day(s), take the runs slow and steady, and you will smash it. You've already shown your willpower with the weight loss. Good luck! πŸ˜€πŸ‘πŸ’ͺ

You have come to the right place. Great support and advice here and lots of people who stood anxiously at week one and now run every week for all the physical and mental health benefits that it brings. Enjoy :)
