Hi CathCox Ive lost 3 stone before starting on this journey. I needed to give my weight loss a boost and i have secretly always fancied trying to run.. I still would like to lose 2 stone more. I hadn't run since being a toddler but here I am in my mid 50s having got to the end of week 3 and I absolutely love it. There are so many experienced people like Tbae who are always there with great advice.
