W1R2 Took it slower- success!

First run I was feeling pretty wiped by the last run, so today I took the last 3 run sections just that little more relaxed and I got through the whole process with a lot more ease ☀️

It’s been 4 days since R1 because I wasn’t feeling well but I don’t feel like the longer break impacted my performance at all today. Phew!

I start traveling for 2 weeks starting tomorrow so I’m not sure how I’ll be able to keep this up but I’ll try!

I feel pretty damn good! 🎉

Well done. There is nothing like the buzz you feel after a good run😊

Good work! Slowing down if you are finding it tough is entirely the right approach. Speed is not important when doing C25K; it’s all about building up stamina and strength, and you can do that however slow you run.

Hope you manage to run despite travelling!
