Just did 40 minutes on the cross trainer on level 12 and the last 2 minutes on level 15 at 110 steps per minute. I couldn’t do that 6 months ago. And I’ve lost 12lbs in weight. Woohoo......yeah baby😆💪🏼

Good for you! I wasn't able to do exercise on non-running days or I was too tired on my running days. I'm still not cross-training but I should probably start.

Cross training is good as it’s low impact training. Good for cardio and even better for your joints. I just have a problem with a very tight right knee but I have had two operations on both knees in recent years so I have an excuse 😉
My excuse is I have no cartilage left in my knees which is why I need to lose the weight ☹️
