Have completed 2nd "run" of week 1 tonight and really struggled.

Knees not feeling too bad, but shoulders are really sore - feels like there is a pulsating ripple going over them!!

I am sure it will get easier (well hope so anyway) Onwards and upwards to 3 on Friday

Well done on making the start. I'm only on week4 so don't have great running advice, pain isn't good though. So get your shoulders checked out if it's causing you pain. I found week 1 thought but power on, it foes get easier. 👍👍👍

Slow down and relax... sometimes we hold ourselves tensely... just shake the shoulders out and go with it:)
