I’ve just done the final run in week 7. With previous weeks I’ve noticed improvements with each run and felt ready to move on. After the 3 x 25 minute runs I’m feeling the same as I did at the beginning of the week. Hopefully I’m ready to move on to week 8?

You're definitely ready, there have been so many weeks where I didn't feel ready to move on and yet have managed every run so far. You can do this!

A few of my 3rd runs were harder than the second. Tick them off as they are complete, and on to the next.
