Well wasn't sure I was gonna make this run but actually wasn't as bad as I expected still on running machine as weather so rubbish walking at 5 and running at 6.2 is this fast enough ?

As everyone will tell you, go at your own pace! But kudos for the running machine, I find it harder than running outside (probably cos you know if you slow down!)

Just run at whatever speed feels right for you. Speed doesn't matter as long as you are running. Good luck.
