Absolutely delighted to report I actually really enjoyed the run this morning ☺️ it's a beautiful morning here, coolest outing yet quite a crisp 18°C! Listening to my own music seems to allow my mind to drift away and think of all sorts of stuff, while enjoying the scenery around me! Cannot believe that was 28 minutes. Passed a lady walking and she said Oh you are much fitter than me, I laughed and said not really! Almost stopped to tell her about C25K 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Love the blue sky - makes me very wistful about the weather here which is distinctly mewhh - dull wet and grey. Forced to go inside again to the mechanical road for my first run of week 8. I still can’t believe that a mere 8 weeks ago ( or so ... some weeks have been repeated...😀) I was falling off the end of the treadmill gasping...

I hear you Margo! Blessed to have more blue skies than grey, but grew up in Scotland so know what it's like to have that heavy grey rug above you. Sending you good wishes for the weather to improve enough to get back outside, the treadmill is pretty boring, every minute seems like an eternity!
