My mom got sign of it what can I do delay it or help her any special diet or exercise or vitamin can help her

I am not sure that you meant to post on this forum. This is a forum for new runners.

Seriously though, exercise is acknowledged as being excellent for brain health and maybe keeping your mum physically active can help stave off further onset.

Sorry to hear about your mum. My mum is in the late stages herself. If you've not already done it then I recommend going the Drs with her and getting in touch with Alzheimer's Society. They will have info on any groups/activities that can help with mental and physical stimulation.

As mentioned, you'd get more info in a different section than here. I hope you find the help you need
