So yesterday I did the first of the week 2 runs. I must admit, I was not looking forward to running for the 90 seconds, but it was not too bad in the end. My hubby is doing this with me, he is really fit already but is a fantastic support for me. We did one of the runs up a hill and I must say this nearly did me in!! Will stick to the flat next time. All in all I did enjoy it and unbelievably I now find myself looking forward to the next one. Whatever next!

Ooh hills, they are okay if you start from scratch with them , but can also be off-putting for a newbie too. Generally the programme assumes a fairly benign terrain. So blooming well done you on doing early runs with hills!
