Yes it gets easier I can assure you of that X
Each week comes with its own challenge but you can do it
I'm about to start week 6
jochanc, it will. For a while each run will feel hard until you realise that it feels as hard as the one before did but you're doing much more! One day it will feel just wonderful in spite of the difficulty and eventually just wonderful!
Enjoy! 😊
Well done...... you have started.
You will notice results in the first few weeks.
The guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Pins and needles normally indicates restricted blood flow. For many, when they run, their feet spread, so maybe you need to loosen your laces slightly.
Well done on starting C25K you’ve already taken the biggest step 👏👏 it definitely does get easier and you’ll be amazed at what you’ll achieve 😊
Fantastic i felt like i was walking on air after it as I didn't think I could even do this!
Well done 👏👏👏 you're out there, on the path now. You won't regret it.
This programme is fantastic and it teaches you more than just how to run. Enjoy 👍😁

Welcome... No one will tell you categorically , that it gets easier...but they will tell you it is worth it.... AND... you get stronger and fitter with each run. Take it slow and take it steady.. warm up well and stretch after every run...make sure your running shoes and socks are okay too
Check out the post for Newbies too Keep posting and enjoy
You’ve done the hardest part which is to get out and have your first go, read the FAQs listen to IannodaTruffe and Oldfloss and you won’t go wrong.
I don’t know that it gets easier because each run is building you up for stamina, strength and endurance. But what it does do is give you a sense of achievement each and every time you go out. That achievement can become addictive!
Well done you and happy running
Thank you
