Well that's week 6 all done. R2 was the hardest this week, that might well be due to being in holiday so not running my usual circuit. R3 today, still away but found a flatter route, was much better and recorded best overall speed on Runkeeper too.
Onto week 7 -just got to do what I did today 3 more times. Simples! π (Hopefully)
