Beautiful morning!

Nice to finally have a beautiful morning to run 'in'. Did my usual route. Even though I have graduated I still do the 5 min warm up walk. Whilst walking I do some breathing deep and loosening my shoulders and neck. I also still do the cool down walk. I really enjoy this end walk, this is like meditation to me. I still feel so elated and surprised each time I complete my runs.

Well done you... and you still should be doing a warm up walk too...my warm ups sometimes last into over twenty minutes... three years on

It sure does. Yes, still running but not putting myself under any pressure.
