How on earth do I get back into this?? I was on week 7, run 2 and I injured my ankle. Pain went the whole way up my leg so I took a few weeks off to ensure it was healed. I have no idea how to start back into running...
Do I go back a few weeks and just go from there? What should I do?

Well I suppose it depends on how you feel. Either go back to your last run and just see how you do without expecting too much or if you'd prefer a confidence boost go to W6 R1 and see how that feels. I bet you'll find it easier than you fear 👍😁
I absolutely didn't want to go back to the start!! I'm going out tonight for a run. I'll try week 6 run 1 and see how i get on... Might not have lost as much fitness as I'm fearing!!
