Well on the plus side I am sure my cardio system felt a tad better already so going to focus on that rather than the more negative issues with my legs and oh the chaffing in my under carriage π. It is clear that this is going to be a battle in the early runs, I had one rest day since Mondays first run and in hindsight I should have given myself an extra bit of recovery time. Made it through run 2 though no stopping but at points I was sure I was walking faster than the running bits.
Ultimately I was in control of my mouth and what I put in it for the last 20 years so I guess this is the penalty.
Still feeling a bit positive now π
