Well folks just back from 5 days New York. I packed my trainers with great intentions of doing a couple of runs especially looking forward to running in Central Park.

Alas all my plans went to pot. Trainers were never out of the case ☹️ feel disappointed

Ah well I did W5R1 today and all went well but must say I’m not looking forward to the 20 min run later this week

Relax, start positive, stay positive and enjoy.

Slow and steady , footfall below your hips and slow enough to get the extra oxygen you require.🌟👏👏

Believe it and believe in you.🌟👏👏

Running in Central Park would be great but there are lots of other things to do in NY as well! The 20 minute run is definitely doable if you've done the previous 2 in W5 - good luck!

We all have good intentions 😊sometimes they don't always happen for one reason or another pointless beating yourself up over something you can't change

WK5/3 20mins none stop running 🤔trust in the programme and most of all trust in yourself

Yea... maybe there's a reason you didn't manage to fit in Central Park. Perhaps you avoided a mugging or an injury 😉

Don't worry about 3, you've got no 2 first. You'll be ready when it's time for 3 👍😁

20 minutes is not as hard as you think. You’re be fine just take it slow and steady and wheh you reach the end you will feel so good it’s unreal

ah sorry you didn't make a New York run, but no worries. Enjoy the 20 min run. Take it steady and it will reward you with a huge huge smile!

It’s often difficult fitting the runs in around life but never fear you got back out there and don’t worry about R 3 you’ve had a nice running rest, so it will be fine. Usual mantra slow and easy gets you there
